From August 30 to September 6, 2014, InternoYoga offers its members a new opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea practicing yoga on the beautiful island of Lampedusa. The island, the largest of the Pelagie archipelago off the coast of Sicily, is easily accessible by air with a direct flight from Bologna (an hour and a half). Part of the island is the Natural Park ideal for walks. The island of Rabbits Lampedusa is the most beautiful beach in the world and you can walk a short walk away. The capital and the Monastery of Cala Madonna can be easily reached by motor and bus. The island will be surround the practice of yoga that will be carried out twice a day. In the morning before breakfast and late afternoon before dinner freeing up the day. Participation is open to classmates, fellow practitioners and not. The group will be accompanied in transfers.

What is Yoga

  Yoga originated in India, is the practice for the unification of body and mind that has a history of thousands of years.
